TRADEMARK WATCH

We provide the services regarding Trademark Watch within the territories of India.

Trademark Watch Service is based on the Trademark Journals issued by the Trademark Office fortnightly. As per Trademark Act, 1999, the mark published in the Trademark Journal can be opposed by any person within 3 months (plus one month extension on advance request),if he thinks fit. Trademark watching is an insurance and best way for preventing the third parties from attempting to register any similar or identical Trademark in respect of identical or similar goods.

If you wanted to register your/ company's trademarks with our database for watch services, you are required to send the following information to us:-

1. Detail of your trademark/s.

2. Indian Trademark Registration Number, if already registered in India.

3. Classifications of goods to be watched.

4. Name of any perticular company/person whose trademarks are specifically you wanted to watch.

After registering you trademark/s in our database, we shall be sending you alert messages as soon as any similar/identical trademark is found to be published in the trademark Journals. Please note that filing of opposition/rectification proceedings are always at discretion of trademark proprietors.
